Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Nordic Gnaughty Gnomes. We want you to be thrilled with your new little troublemaker. If your gnome arrives damaged or there’s a serious issue, let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns for “too naughty” — you’ve been warned 😉

• Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for a return.

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• There will be a $25 per item restocking fee for returned items
  

• Items must be returned with full, original packaging to be considered for refunds

To start a return, email us at admin@gnaughtygnomes.net with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll respond faster than a gnome caught in the act.
